Trump Creates New Position At DOJ Dedicated to Rooting Out Fraud

WASHINGTON D.C. — President Donald Trump has officially declared war on the rampant theft of taxpayer money, announcing the creation of a powerful new division at the Justice Department dedicated solely to rooting out fraud.

The move coincides with a massive purge at the Department of Energy, where tens of billions of dollars in "Green New Scam" loans are being canceled.

"National FRAUD Enforcement"

Taking to Truth Social on Wednesday, Trump announced the nomination of Colin McDonald to serve as the first-ever Assistant Attorney General for National FRAUD Enforcement.

The new division is tasked with hunting down fraudsters, specifically targeting corruption in jurisdictions long controlled by Democrats.

"My Administration has uncovered Fraud schemes in States like Minnesota and California, where these thieves have stolen Hundreds of Billions of Taxpayer Dollars," Trump wrote. "Together, we will END THE FRAUD."

McDonald, described by the President as a "Smart, Tough, and Highly Respected AMERICA FIRST Federal Prosecutor," has been given a mandate to restore integrity to federal programs and "STOP THE SCAMS."

"Green New Scam" Cancelled

Simultaneously, Energy Secretary Chris Wright announced one of the most significant rollbacks of the Biden agenda to date.

The administration has canceled nearly $30 billion in clean energy loans and is reviewing another $53 billion.
